The conference facilities are located in the premises of the complex made up of the Scottish Event Campus, the SEC Armadillo and the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

HOW TO GET HERE

The Scottish Event Campus is located just outside Glasgow city centre in the west-end. The campus is accessible by numerous transport options. You can check all the options here.

The Crown Plaza Hotel is situated right next to it.

Ground Level

This level is where the main entrance is located. This floor houses the registration area (HALL 1), the Exhibition and Catering Area (HALL 2), the Lomond Auditorium and the following meeting rooms: Boisdale 1 & 2, Etive, Alsh 1 & 2

First Level

This floor accessible by escalator and lifts houses the following rooms immediately adjacent to the Lomond Auditorium: M2, M3, M4, M5, Carron 1 & 2, Dochart 1&2. Mezzanine and M5 are spaces available to work during the conference. Meeting rooms will be also available during the lunch breaks.

The SEC Armadillo houses the marvelous Clyde Auditorium, the Forth Room on the ground floor and the Gala 1 and Gala 2 on the first floor. Delegates can access directly from the main entrance once registered and checked in.

The Crowne Plaza is directly connected with the Scottish Event Campus and it is also accessible from the main entrance. We are using 10 meeting rooms.

The rooms used on the ground floor will be Castle I, II, III

The rooms used on the ground floor will be Staffa, Shuna, Jura, Barra, Rockall, Malin, Orkney
