Recommendations for your presentation
Please take into account that the only connector available on the projector will be VGA. We suggest you to take with you any adaptor needed to connect your laptop to the VGA cable.
Please remember to bring also a EU AC Power Adapter Plug if you come from outside EU.
In order to prepare your slides for oral presentation please take also into account that the projectors available at the venue of the conference will have a resolution of 1024x768 pixels (4:3 aspect ratio).
If you are using PowerPoint, we recommend you to adjust the slide size in Design->Page Setup menu and choose 4:3 ratio to ensure the compatibility.
We strongly encourage you to have a backup of your presentation on a USB storage device in the event your laptop has a technical problem or is incompatible with the LCD projector.

Make sure that you have the necessary cords/converters/adapters so that your laptop will work with Spanish power outlets (CEE 7/4, also called "Schuko" socket, see image) and the LCD projector.
It is the authors’ responsibility to check in advance that their presentation works fine with the available version of the installed software. Detailed software information will be available soon.

Poster Presentations and Lay Out:

Posters will be displayed in two Poster Sessions at the Coffee Break areas (from Monday July 21st 4:00 p.m. until Thursday July 24 11:00 a.m.).
This will give posters a high visibility among the participants in the congress, and will provide time for poster viewing and interaction between poster presenters and conference attendees.

The poster size should not be larger than 120 cm height and 94 cm width.

Posters have to be placed on the boards on Monday July 21 (10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and have to be taken down on Thursday July 24 (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) Your paper place will be identified by a label posted on the corresponding board.

Congress Proceedings:

The Congress Proceedings will be edited in electronic format, including full papers only. The Proceedings will be indexed by Scopus and submitted for evaluation to ISI Web of Knowledge.

Internet Access:

Wireless Internet access will be available in the premises of the congress venue.
Out of respect to all of the congress participants, limited access to the Internet would be much appreciated.
