Around Madrid there are located several important aeronautic factories and research centres of Spain.

Several companies (Aernnova, Airbus Spain, Fidamc, UPM, and others) have been involved at the SARISTU (Smart Aircraft Structures) Project, and particularly, Aernnova was the leader for the design and manufacturing of the active beam for the wingtip.

Visits to the factories will be organized on Thursday afternoon
