About Abstract and Full Paper Submission

• One page Abstract describing the main features of the work should be submitted before December 20, 2016.


• The full paper (mandatory) will be required by March 8, 2017.
  (*) Due to authors requests, the limit date for sending the full papers is extended until April 17th ( please note that dates for early fees have not changed). There will not be further extensions.

To make any change in the contribution submitted you have to login as the registered participant, update the paper information and submit the new file.

If you want to check that the submission was successful, refresh the web site and login on again.

To avoid a double registration, please do not create a new record.

Please note that:

• The corresponding author should be the lecturer.
  
  
• Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period (before March 8, 2017).
  
  
• Only one presentation per registration is allowed.
