Instructions for writing and submitting contributions are available here.
Files should be converted to .pdf before submission.

Acknowledgement of receipt
The receipt of the submissions will be acknowledged automatically via e-mail.
The preliminary programme will be posted on the Congress website few months prior to the Conference date.

Acceptance Notification
Acceptance notifications will be sent according to this schedule.

Author Registration
Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period. Information available here.

Proceedings
The Conference Proceedings will be edited in a USB.
Submission of the full paper is mandatory.
