Submission of a Minisymposium proposal
Organizers of MS proposals are requested to submit an abstract no later than October 15, 2014.
The abstract should briefly illustrate the contents and objectives of the Minisymposium. The list of prospective speakers is not required.
Each MS may have one or more organizers. For organizational purposes a Corresponding MS Organizer (who will submit the MS proposal and keep in contact with the Congress Secretariat) must be appointed.
Each MS should consist of a minimum of one Session (5 presentations of 20 minutes each).
Please note that the Conference program can have only one presentation per person.
The MS Organizers have the possibility to propose Keynote Lecturers. All keynote lecture invitations will be made by the Organizing Committee in due course.
MS proposals shoud be submitted through the conference Web site, and follow the template.
The MS Corresponding Organizer must create his personal account before submitting a proposal.

- Enter the personal data in the Web form (choose the username and password) and save it.
- Access the personal record and complete the MS proposal information and be sure to complete the submission by clicking on the "Add" button. Only .pdf files can be uploaded (maximum size 1 MB).
- Enter the site as registered person.
- Continue as described at Step 2 above.
