Opportunities for Sponsorship & Exhibitors

1. Exhibit Booth: Sponsorship fee: € 2,000 . This fee will give you the right to install a booth up to 3x3 m2 in the Exhibitors Area. The costs of the booth, furniture, shipping, electricity, and internet services are not included in the fee and have to be negotiated with Venice Convention, the hosting company managing the conference centre. 2. Additional Booth Space: Sponsorship fee: € 1,000 . This fee will include 3x3 m2 of additional booth space at the Exhibitors Foyer. The additional costs of the booth, furniture, shipping, electricity, and internet services are not included in the fee and have to be negotiated with Venice Convention, the hosting company managing the conference centre. 3. Additional Congress Banquet Tickets: Sponsorship fee: € 100. This will give individual access to the Congress Banquet. The Congress Banquet is the last official event of the Congress. During the Banquet the IACM Awards will be presented.
   
   
   
4. Attendee Portfolio Bag: Sponsorship fee: € 1,000. The sponsor will provide at his own cost the bag which will be distributed to all attendees with the sponsor logo and the conference title printed on the bag. The choice of the bag and the layout of the printing have to be agreed with the Congress secretariat. The printed bag must be received by the conference secretariat within the schedule that will be communicated. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
5. Attendee Portfolio Bag Stuffing: Sponsorship fee: € 1,000. Your company is offered the opportunity to have a flyer or small brochure inserted in each attendee portfolio bag. Your flyer or small brochure will be distributed to all Conference attendees. Alternatively, small mementos, like e.g. a pen or a pen drive or other small gadgets with your logo can be inserted in the portfolio bag. The cost of the memento is not included in the sponsorship fee. The material to be included in the bag, must be received by the conference secretariat within the schedule that will be communicated.
   
   
   
6. Congress Programme Advertising: Sponsorship fee: € 5,000 . Your company's color advertisement will appear on the back cover of the final Conference Programme booklet, containing the time schedule of all the conference events. This programme will be distributed to all attendees. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
7. Welcome Reception Sponsorship: Sponsorship fee: € 4,000 . The Conference Welcome Reception will be held in the swimming pool area of the Excelsior Hotel and is expected to be one of the most popular and most attended events held during the Conference. No sessions are held during this time, to allow both attendees and exhibitors ample time to participate and interact with exhibitors, sponsors and colleagues. In addition, your company's sponsorship will be recognized with signs throughout the convention centre and exhibition foyer, as well as in the final conference programme and on the web site. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
8. Refreshment Break Sponsorship: Sponsorship fee: € 1,000. Sponsor one of the refreshments that are offered twice a day at coffee-break time. The refreshment breaks take place at several locations of the conference venue and will be open to all attendees and exhibitors. In addition, your company will be recognized with signs throughout the convention centre and exhibition foyer, as well as in the final conference programme booklet and on the conference web site. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
9. Congress Banquet Sponsorship: Sponsorship fee: $5,000 . The Congress Banquet is the last official event of the Congress and represents a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impression to all attendees. During the Banquet the IACM Awards will be presented. Your company's name and logo will appear on signage throughout the banquet reception and during the banquet. Your company will be recognized with signs throughout the convention centre and exhibition foyer, as well as in the final conference programme booklet, awards banquet programme, and on the conference web site. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   

Recognized Sponsors

Platinum Sponsors: A sponsorship fee of € 10,000 or more . You may combine sponsorship opportunities from the list above to equal € 10,000, or contribute to a specific function, including those related to the activities with the highest attendance, such as receptions and luncheons. The platinum sponsorship will include a 3x3 m2 "exhibitor booth sponsorship fee" free of charge (the cost of the booth is not included). Additional booth space is available for a fee. The sponsorship includes the participation in the Congress for three people*. Your company's logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the Congress venue and at the activities you sponsor. In addition, your company will be recognized in the final conference programme booklet and on the conference web site.

Gold Sponsors: A sponsorship fee of € 5,000 or more . You may combine sponsorship opportunities from the list above to equal € 5,000, or contribute to a specific function. The Gold sponsorship will include a 3x3 m2 "exhibitor booth sponsorship fee" at a reduced fee of € 1000 (the cost of the booth is not included). Additional space is available for a fee. The sponsorship includes the participation in the Congress for two people*. Your company's logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the Congress venue and at the activities you sponsor. In addition, your company will be recognized in the final conference programme booklet and on the conference web site.

Silver Sponsors: A sponsorship fee of € 3,000 or more . You may combine sponsorship opportunities from the list above to equal € 3,000. The sponsorship includes the participation in the Conference for one person*. The Company's logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the foyer of the Congress venue and at the activity you sponsor. In addition, your company will be recognized in the final programme booklet and on the conference web site.

* The participation to the Conference includes free access to the social events (Welcome Reception and Congress Banquet) and to the refreshments offered during the coffee breaks. Participation with a paper to the Technical Sessions requires the standard submission of an abstract for approval by the Conference Scientific Committee.
