Conference Fees include:
- Conference Proceedings
- Attendance at all scientific sessions
- Coffee breaks, reception and conference dinner. The banquet ticket needs to be booked in advance.
ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% deduction on the
delegates fees. To apply, please submit to the conference secretariat a written proof (downloadable form) of being a current member of one of the National Associations affiliated to IACM and/or ECCOMAS.
Only the second page of this form is required from members of CSMA (France), KSCM (Korea), SEMNI (Spain), TSCE (Thailand), UKacm (United Kingdom) and USACM (United States), as well as from Individual Members of IACM.
Final acceptance of papers and their inclusion in the conference proceedings are contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author before June 9, 2017
Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.
Refund Policy: Registered attendees, who are NOT authors and who finally cannot attend the conference, may be substituted by a colleague or receive a refund on the registration fee, with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro, provided that the refund request is received by April 15, 2017. After this date NO refund will be granted.Moreover, no refund is provided to the registered authors
