Registration Fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early bird rates applicable if paid before June 28, 2019.

Only online payments will be accepted.

ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% deduction on the delegates fees.

Registration fees include:
Categories A and B: Conference documentation, coffee breaks, reception and banquet.
The Conference banquet will take place in the evening of the last day of the conference, October 30, 2019.
Category C: Conference documentation, coffee breaks and reception.

Category D: Include welcome reception and conference banquet. The Accompanying Person Program does not include attendance to the technical sessions

Final acceptance will be confirmed upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author on June 28, 2019 at the latest.

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, attaching a document from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before July 28, 2019. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
