Exhibitor Instructions and Recommendations

Please read carefully the General Regulations of Exposition in CCIB and General Rules for the use of the CCIB Setup and Breakdown documents. CCIB has strong regulations regarding the stands that all Exhibitors have to fulfil.

This is a summary of the most important items:

  • Electrical switchboards have to be contracted to CCIB.
  • CCIB will not receive any shipment. You have to bring the materials the set-up day or use a shipping company.
  • All stands must have their own carpet. Stands can not be mounted directly over the hall's carpet.

When designing your stand please consider the stands distribution.

All services have to be contracted directly to CCIB using the IGARSS07 Exhibitor Dossier. Please check the Catalogue for detailed information. Try to send your request as soon as possible.
