Authors are invited to submit individual contributions related to any General Sessions (no code is required, the Session can be selected from the drop-down menu when uploading the abstract).

Submissions to IS are by invitation (a session code is required).

Submission of contributions is only electronic. It is expected that the corresponding author will provide the talk. The conference policy allows only one presentation per registration.

Files should be converted to .pdf format before submission.

Acknowledgement of receipt
The receipt of the submission will be acknowledged automatically via e-mail. The preliminary programme will be posted on the congress website few weeks before the conference date

Author Registration
Final acceptance is contingent upon the payment of the registration fee by the speaker, according to the information available here.

Only online payments will be accepted.
