The Conference package includes registration plus 4 nights at the Conference Hotel (Crowne Plaza). The 7th, 8th and 9th of October are fixed and you must choose one of the others two (6th or 10th of October). Breakfast is not included, if you want it you should inform the hotel on your arrival (breakfast is 18€ per day).The number of available rooms is limited. Early registration is encouraged (no later than May 31, 2019). In order to book the Conference package log in to your personal account. ECCOMAS, IACM and IASS members will have a deduction on the delegates fees upon membership confirmation. People interested in joining the associations are invited to visit their website for further information.

IASS members: To apply for the reduced fee please download your membership card on the IASS website (Log in > Members Tools > My Profile > View Profile) and submit the card by e-mail secretariat
Categories A, B and C: Conference documentation, coffee breaks, Reception and Banquet.
The Conference Banquet will take place in the evening of the last day of the conference, October 10th.
Category D: Conference documentation, coffee breaks and reception.

Final acceptance will be confirmed upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author
Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a document from their University/Research center stating that the attendee is a full time undergraduate or PhD student.
Payment confirmation notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before September 1st, 2019. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
