The Conference Social Programme includes the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner. Participation in these events is included in the registration fees, but they must be pre-booked in the "Orders and Payments" area of registered participants personal file.

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner takes place at the landmarked old riding-hall of Stuttgart. It was built in 1887 in the style of Italian renaissance, its steel lattice construction spans over 41m x 16,8m. Today the steel-glass building is affiliated to the Maritim Hotel and is used as a venue for different kinds of events. The banquet begins at 08:00 pm on September 19th, the last evening of the conference. After the reception an exquisite regional three course menu is served. Welcome Reception

In the evening of the first conference day (September 18th at 07:00 pm) a Reception is held at the Comundo Hotel. It is located directly on the university campus. In the relaxed atmosphere there is enough time to talk and to get to know other conference participants. Drinks and canapé are served.
