Full instructions for writing and submitting contributions are available here. Authors are asked to send their collaborations in .pdf format (mandatory).

Acknowledgement of receipt of abstract
The receipt of an abstract will be acknowledged automatically via email. The preliminary program will be posted on the Congress website few months prior to the Conference date.

Author Notification
Acceptance / Rejection letters will be sent according to the schedule

Author Registration
Final acceptance of presentation is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period. Information available here

Publication
The Conference Proceedings (full papers) will be submitted for indexation in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index – ISI Web of Knowledge (Thomson Reuters) and in the SCOPUS database.The submission of the full paper is not mandatory but highly recommended.
