FEF2017 Social Events

The Social events of FEF 2017 coincide with the Welcome Reception and the Conference Banquet

Accompanying persons and students interested can join these events by paying a fee of 100€. Please contact the secretariat to purchase your ticket.

Welcome Reception - Wednesday, April 5

A Welcome Cocktail will take place on Wednesday, April 5, after the technical sessions, in the Aula Magna room, paired with a cool and captivating blend of jazz and swing music, offered by the MuSa Jazz Orchestra.

Conference Banquet - Thursday, April 6

The conference banquet dinner will take place on Thursday, April 6, at 20.30, at the prestigious Terrazza Caffarelli, located in Piazza Caffarelli, 4 with external access from the steps of Campidoglio, on the top floor of the beautiful building that houses Musei Capitolini, with a stunning view over the city.

How to get there:

You can reach the venue either by taxi or by bus and a short walk. From Sapienza University, you can take bus 492 in Via dei Ramni (behind CNR Building, Piazzale Aldo Moro), then stop in Via del Plebiscito. Piazza Caffarelli is at a walking distance from there.
