Authors should have an account in the workshop registration managing system before submitting a contribution. Abstracts and full papers should be submitted through this system.
Abstracts and full contributions can be uploaded using the author's personal account (here). Then go to "abstracts and papers" and click on "modify/upload".

Format instructions
Templates for writing abstracts (and full papers) are available here. Authors are asked to send all files in PDF format (mandatory). Abstracts should be one page long, and contain sufficient material to allow the scientific committee to judge on its relevance for the workshop goals. Full papers should follow the same template, and can be as long as necessary. However, full paper file sizes should be reasonable for internet download.

Acknowledgement of receipt
Submission receipt will be acknowledged automatically via e-mail. The preliminary programme will be posted on this website few months prior to the workshop date.

Acceptance Notification
Acceptance / Rejection letters will be sent according to the schedule, by December 1, 2010.

Author Registration & payment
Acceptance of full papers for presentation is conditional to receiving the payment of the corresponding author's congress registration fee during the early registration period, i.e. before February 28, 2011.

Publication
The Conference Proceedings (full papers) will be distributed to all attendees, and will also be later available online, as with previous CoDaWork editions. If you do not wish that your full paper becomes available online, please let us know (e-mail to the conference secretariate) and we will post the abstract instead.
