For final acceptance of contributions the corresponding author must register during the advance period.

Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on-line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Delegate Fee will include: Conference documentation, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception and banquet.

Student Fee will include: Conference documentation, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and welcome reception. It does not include the conference banquet.

Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 90 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the congress. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
