Authors are invited to submit individual contributions to any of the Workshop topics (the topic can be selected from the drop-down menu when uploading the abstract).
The extended abstracts received and accepted will be presented in either oral or poster format. The decision will be communicated to the presenting authors by March 15, 2017.

Important:
Registration and submission of contributions should be through the Workshop web site.
The presenting author should be the corresponding author.
The Conference allows 2 presentations per registration.

Full instructions for writing and submitting contributions are available here. Authors are asked to send the files in .pdf format (mandatory).

Acknowledgement of receipt
The receipt of the submissions will be acknowledged automatically via e-mail.

Acceptance notifications will be sent according to the schedule

Author Registration
Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period. Information available here

Proceedings
The Workshop Proceedings will be available in electronic format.
