Registration Fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early registration applicable if paid until April 30, 2017.

Registration fees for Workshop participants include (*):

• Admission to all scientific sessions


• Workshop material and field trip guidebook


• Lunch (May 22 and 23)


• Field trip (May 24)

(*) The gala dinner (not included in the registration fee) will take place at a restaurant located at the Port Olympic, mediterranean food will be served.
The deadline to purchase the tickets is April 30, 2017.

Refund Policy: Registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by April 30th , 2017. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
