Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early registration applicable if payment is received before March 16, 2015

ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% reduction on the delegates fees. To apply for the reduced fee IACM/ECCOMAS members are requested to submit this form (downloadable) by fax or e-mail to the secretariat.

Only the second page of this form is required from members of AACM (Australia), NCTAM (Belgium), CEACM (Central Europe), CSMA (France), GACM (Germany), SEMNI (Spain) and USACM (United States), as well as from Individual Members of IACM/ECCOMAS

Conference fees will include:

• Attendance at all scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks, lunches,reception and banquet

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Conference Fees will include: Conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, reception and banquet.

Accompanying persons: Information on additional tickets will be available in due time.

Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the congress. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
