The social events of IGA 2017 coincide with the Icebreaking drink during the pre-registration, the Welcome Reception and the Conference Banquet.

Pre registration & Icebreaking drink

Pre-registration is possible on Sunday, September 10, between 17:00 and 19:30 in Aula Disegno, at the conference venue. Refreshment will be served.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place in the evening of Monday, September 11, at 19:00, with drinks, nibbles, fingerfood and some main courses at the conference venue.

Conference Banquet

The Conference Banquet will be held in the evening of Tuesday, September 12, 19.30 at the Conference venue.

Accompanying persons interested can join these events by paying a fee of 120€ for both social events plus the icebreaking drink during the pre-registration. Please contact the secretariat to purchase your ticket.
