Registration to the Congress

Registration

All participants in the congress (both authors or non-authors) need to register through the Congress web site.

To be able to submit an abstract, you have to first register.

Registration does not oblige authors to pay the registration fee before the contribution is accepted.

If you are not registered:
  1. Enter your personal data in the Web form (choose your own login name and password) and save it.
  2. Access your personal record and complete the abstract information. Be sure to complete the submission by clicking on the "Add" button. Only PDF files can be uploaded (maximum size 1 MB).
  3. To complete your registration as a participant, you need to choose the payment method in your registration form and follow the instructions for each payment method.
If you are registered:
  1. Enter the site using your login name and password.
  2. Continue as described in the above steps 2 and 3.


Submission of Contributions

Submission of abstracts have to be performed electronically following the format template available below, before January 9, 2017, via the congress web site. The one-page abstract needs to include title, authors, membership, objectives, results and most relevant conclusions.

Acceptance notifications will be sent by January 16, 2017

Remember that the file must be sent in .pdf format. The system does not accept other type of files.

If for any reason you need to modify your submitted abstract, the deadline for submission of the final version is February 6, 2017. After this date, only the files already received will be processed.

To submit your abstract or make any modification you have to access your personal record as registered participant to avoid record duplications.

Please note that final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period (before February 6, 2017). Only one presentation per registration is allowed.
