ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% deduction on the delegates fees. To apply, please submit to the conference secretariat a written proof (downloadable form) of being a current member of one of the National Associations affiliated to IACM and/or ECCOMAS.

The registration fees include:

• Coffee, etc. in the Workshop breaks

• Lunch on the second day

• Welcome drink on the first day

• Workshop dinner on the second day

• Workshop documents

• Book of Abstracts (printed and/or e-book)

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on-line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by October 22, 2021. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
