Springer Nature Applied Sciences (SNAS)

A special collection of the journal Springer Nature Applied Sciences (SNAS) is gathering contributions associated with the 2019 edition of ADMOS.

SNAS is a novel multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed journal publishing high-quality research articles.

The Topical Collection "Adaptive Model, Mesh and Resolution Techniques for Computationally-demanding Problems in Simulation-based Engineering” is currently accepting full paper submissions.

The focus of this Topical Collection is on modern numerical methods for computationally-demanding engineering problems, including the following areas: reduced order models, error estimation, adaptive methods, data-driven models, uncertainty quantification, high performance computing and applications to real-time decision making, design, control, optimization and inverse analysis in complex industrial multiphysics problems.

Contributions can be submitted through Editorial Manager until December 31, 2019: https://www.editorialmanager.com/snas/default.aspx

Each contribution will be subject to a peer-review process by a guest Editorial Board. Differently from classical journal special issues, articles accepted in this Topical Collection are immediately published once they have passed the production process.

Further details about how to submit, style files, etc. can be found on the journal website: https://www.springer.com/engineering/journal/42452

We look forward to receiving your submissions.
