The Welcome Reception will take place on the evening of Wednesday September 7th., at the garden of the Conference Venue (Vertex Building of the Technical University of Catalonia, Plaza Eusebi Güell 6, 08034 Barcelona)

The Conference Banquet Dinner, on Thursday September 8th., will take place at the Marqués de Comillas Hall, in the medieval Royal Shipyards (Av. de les Drassanes s/n, 08001, Barcelona).
The Sala Marqués de Comillas is a hypostyle room which has been restored while strictly conserving its original structure.
The Royal Shipyards, or Drassanes Reials, houses the Barcelona Maritime Museum, one of the best-conserved (if not "the" best) example of Gothic civil architecture in the world. First opened in 1929, the Museum contains important collections that illustrate Catalan maritime culture.

The fee of the Social Programme for Accompanying Persons, including the Welcome Reception and the Banquet Dinner, is 130 Euro. Students have got a preference banquet fee of 80 Euro.

Students and accompanying people interested in joining the social activities are kindly requested to place the order through the conference web site a.s.a.p. (table seats are limited, tickets are required).

After closing the Technical Programme, on Friday September 9th., a Fairwell Lunch will be offered to all the participants.
