Submission of Contributions
Authors are invited to submit individual contributions to a General Session or to a particular Special Session. Both, registration and submission of abstracts and, once being accepted, final paper, should be electronic clicking here
Full instructions for writing and submitting contributions are available here. Authors are asked to send their collaborations in .pdf format. Other formats will not be accepted.
Acknowledgement of receipt of abstract
The receipt of an abstract will be acknowledged automatically via email.
Acceptance / Rejection letters will be sent according to the schedule
Acceptance of contributions for presentation is conditional to receiving the payment of the corresponding author registration fee in advance. Submission of the paper is not compulsory, but strongly recommended. Information available here
The proceedings will be published in electronic format and will be permanently archived in the Conference web site.
