In various hotels around the conference venue rooms have been reserved for conference participants. Special rates have been negotiated for PARTICLES 2017 attendees who can reserve hotel rooms through the special website prepared by the City of Hannover.

Please note that the Conference banquet will take place in the evening of the last day of the conference, September 28, 2017. We suggest you plan your trip accordingly in case you will attend the banquet (included in the registration fee but confirmation will be required).

For the reservation, please take note of the following:

• You can book the room corresponding to your travel dates (window is September 24 – 29, 2017);
• Hannover Marketing & Tourismus GmbH books the room and sends booking confirmation to the guest;
• The payment is done at departure at the hotel – as a guarantee credit card information will be requested within the online-booking;
