All participants in the congress (both authors or non-authors) need to register through the Congress web site.
To be able to submit an abstract, you have to first register.

Submission of Contributions
Submission of abstracts should be performed electronically following the format template, before January 30, 2017,
via the congress web site.
The abstract needs to include title, authors, membership, objectives, results and most relevant conclusions.
Acceptance notifications will be sent by February 15, 2017.
Remember that the file must be sent in pdf. format. The system does not accept other type of files.
If for any reason you need to modify your submitted abstract, the deadline for submission of the final version is March 31, 2017.
You can also submit the full paper (OPTIONAL) always prior to this mentioned deadline.
After this date, only the files already received will be processed.
To submit your abstract or make any modification you have to access your personal record as
registered participant to avoid record duplications.

Please note that final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period (before March 31, 2017).
Only one presentation per registration is allowed.
