The Welcome Buffet, on Tuesday May 20th, 18.30, will take place at Marine Ocean Basin, inside the Tyholt complex. Buses will depart from the Hotel at 18:15 and return after the reception (approximately 21:00).

The Conference Banquet Dinner, on Wednesday, May 21st, 19:00, will take place at the Clarion Hotel & Congress Trondheim.

For organizational reasons we would appreciate if you could confirm your attendance at the welcome reception and the banquet dinner by replying to this email at your earliest convenience, but no later than May 9th

We would also appreciate if you could notify us if you have a special dietary requirement by the same date
