Vietri sul Mare (Salerno) is more than five century old town, and it has been recognized as a World Heritage Site since 1997.
The town is worldwide known for the polychrome ceramics, which represent a tradition at least since the 15th century. Vietri is located just 3 km far from Salerno, in the south of Italy, and it is considered as the gateway to the Amalfi Coast.
