Instructions for Authors

Authors have to comply with the instructions for authors when preparing their:

• Abstracts: One page describing the main features of the work should be submitted by February 14, 2019.

• Full papers: Minimum 4 pages and maximum 6 pages.

Note: Submitted full papers are published in the proceedings and their presentation planned in the final program only upon payment of the registration fees by the early or late registrations deadlines.

About Abstract and Full Paper Submission

• One page Abstract describing the main features of the work should be submitted before February 14, 2019.

• The full paper (mandatory) will be required by April 22, 2019.

To make any change in the contribution submitted you have to login as the registered participant, update the paper information and submit the new file.

If you want to check that the submission was successful, refresh the web site and login on again.

To avoid a double registration, please do not create a new record.

Please note that:

• The corresponding author should be the lecturer.

• Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period (before April 8, 2019).

• Only online payments will be accepted.

• Only one presentation per registration is allowed.
