Presentations: Time & Equipment

- All parallel session rooms will be equipped with a PC and a PC Projector.

- Each regular presentation is allocated 10 minutes, and each plenary lecture presentation is allocated 40 minutes. Time includes questions.

- You are kindly requested to go to your presentation room during the previous coffee-break and coordinate with the people in charge to upload your talk slides.

- All presentations should be in English.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME

Conference Registration will start on Sunday September 5th. (from 6 to 8 p.m.) at the Vertex Building

The Welcome Reception will take place on Monday September 6th. at 7 p.m. at the conference venue.

The Conference Dinner (not included in the registration fee) will be held on Wednesday September 8th. at the Can Cortada Restaurant, a former castle dating from the XI Century. Transportation will be provided.

We have arranged a Social Programme for Accompanying Persons at a special fee of 95 Euros. The programme includes the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner.

Participants interested in attending the dinner or buying tickets for accompanying people are requested to place the order (form attached) no later than August 15, 2010.
