Submission of contributions
Extended abstract and full paper submission
Authors are invited to submit electronically their abstracts through the Conference website, before November 28, 2014. Abstracts should outline the main features, results and conclusions as well as their general significance, and contain relevant references. The abstract and full paper (not mandatory) can be submitted directly in its final format through the Conference website.
Publications
The accepted abstracts and submitted full papers (not mandatory) will be published online and on the Conference USB stick. Full papers will be submitted for indexation in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Knowledge and SCOPUS). A collection of several high quality selected papers will be included in the book “Multibody Dynamics - Computational Methods and Applications” planned to be published by Springer. A number of selected papers will be published, after being reviewed, in Special Issues of the journals Multibody System Dynamics, Archive of Mechanical Engineering and International Journal of Railway Technology.
Format instructions
All submissions must be written in English, and authors are asked to send the files in PDF format.
Acknowledgement of receipt
The receipt of the submission will be acknowledged automatically by email.
Acceptance notification
Preliminary acceptance of the contribution will be communicated to the corresponding author by February 20, 2015. Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation, as decided in the abstract review process. Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period (by March 20, 2015).
Only one presentation per registrant is allowed.
Registration
Registration does not oblige authors to pay any fee until the contribution is accepted. Papers can only be accepted on the understanding that they will be presented at the Conference.
To be able to submit a contribution, you have to first register:
1. Enter your personal data in the web form (choose your own login name and password) and save it.
2. Access your personal record and complete the abstract information. Be sure to complete the submission by clicking on the “Add” button. Only PDF files can be uploaded.
1. Enter the site using your login name and password.
2. Continue as described at Step 2 above.
Registration fees
The registration fees, with early bird fees for registrations including full payment before March 20, 2015, are:

The delegate registration fee includes the USB stick with Conference proceedings, the attendance at all scientific sessions, the coffee breaks, the lunches, the reception, the social program and the banquet.
ECCOMAS members will have a 5% reduction on this fee.
ECCOMAS members are requested to provide written proof (downloadable form) of being a current member of one of the National Associations affiliated to ECCOMAS.
Only the second page of this form is required from members of AACM (Australia), NCTAM (Belgium), CEACM (Central Europe), CSMA (France), GACM (Germany), SEMNI (Spain) and USACM (United States), as well as from Individual Members of IACM.
The student registration fee includes the USB stick with Conference proceedings, the attendance at all scientific sessions, the coffee breaks, the lunches, the reception and the social program. Students attending the banquet must pay an extra student banquet fee of 85 €.

Students
Student rate attendees must send by fax (+34 932 058 347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
Refund Policy
Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 € if the refund request is received by May 30, 2015. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., no refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
