The registration cost includes a CDROM with the proceedings, a printed program, a hard copy of all accepted abstracts, banquet, receptions and participation in the social program (*).

Tickets for food and coffee service during the congress sessions are also included. The inscription to the congress also covers SMMNI annual membership for the year 2007.
