Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period.
Young participants: Young participant rate attendees (born after 01/01/1979) must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a copy of their passport or national identity card.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on-line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by July 15, 2014. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
