ABOUT PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations

The allocated time for oral presentations includes 5 minutes for discussion The room will be equipped with a PC, a PC Projector and a Laser Pointer. To upload your presentation you have to go to the session room a few minutes before its beginning and contact the person in charge. If you prefer, you can bring your own lap-top.
We remind you that the Conference will take place at the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, VERTEX BUILDING, Plaza Eusebi Güell 6 (08034) Barcelona.

Poster presentations

Boards will be available along with the necessary mounting pins. The poster size should be not larger than 110 cm height and 70 cm width. Please, be sure that your poster is easily readable from the distance of 100cm.
