Registration Fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early registration applicable if paid until February 15, 2015.

ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% deduction on the delegates fees. To apply, IACM/ECCOMAS members are requested to provide written proof (downloadable form) of being a current member of one of the National Associations affiliated to IACM and/or ECCOMAS.

Only the second page of this form is required from members of AACM (Australia), NCTAM (Belgium), CEACM (Central Europe), CSMA (France), GACM (Germany), SEMNI (Spain) and USACM (United States), as well as from Individual Members of IACM.

Registration fees include: Conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions and pre-conference short course, coffee breaks, reception and banquet. Social events included in the registration fee have to be pre-booked.

Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period (before March 31, 2015).

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on-line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by April 10, 2015. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
