General information
Registration and Check in:
All attendees are required to check in at the registration desks (Foyer de Buen Ayre, Second Floor).
A few days previous to the Congress dates you will receive by e-mail your Congress voucher to be printed and presented at the registration desk. Recall to print out this document to avoid queuing in peak time registration.
Secretariat Timetable:
Sunday April 26 - 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Monday April 27 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday April 28 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday April 29 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Identification Badge:
Participants are reminded to wear name badges at all times while in the Congress area. Access will be prohibited to the break and technical session areas if a name badge is not visible.
Internet Access:
Wireless Internet access will be available in the premises of the Congress venue.
Limited access to the Internet would be much appreciated.
