How to Pay the Registration Fees
To be able to access the payment area, you have to first register.

(*) Accommodation at the Unamuno University Residence arriving on July 4 (Monday) and leaving on July 9 (Saturday). Shorter stays have no discounts. In case of students attending the pre-Conference Courses (July 3 and 4), they may extend the accommodation to 7 days, arriving on July 2 (Saturday), without extra charges.
(**) The Accompanying Person Program does not include attendance to the technical sessions.
Terms and Conditions:
Registration fees are VAT free, according to Spanish regulations. Regular registration fees include: access to all sessions and exhibition, coffee breaks and lunches, and social events.
Student registration: For students with valid ID early registration fees are 350 euros, including the same services, excluding Conference dinner. Student rate attendees must send by fax (0034 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat copy of a valid ID.
Payment confirmation notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.
Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period. This is a requirement to get the presentation included in the Conference Program.
The general registration fee includes the right to submit only one article, either oral or poster; additional papers may be sent by the same presenting author, with a supplemental fee of 100 €/paper.
Refund policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by May 15, 2016. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
