An Enviromentally Friendly Conference

  • All catering plates, cups and glasses will be china or glass whenever possible

  • All napkins will be cloth whenever possible

  • Recycling bins will be used at all catered functions

  • All handouts will be printed on two sides

  • The hotels do not change the sheets and towels daily unless requested by the guest

  • The hotels do not replace the amenities daily unless they are gone

  • Minimum size of the registration badge, and all the rest of the information available on-line.

  • Non-smoking congress

  • Minimum use of paper (on-line management of the conference)
