Social Programme
The Conference Social Programme includes the Welcome Reception and the Conference Banquet.
Participation in these events is included in the registration fees.
Confirmation is required.
The Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday September 5th at 7:00 p.m. at the Conference venue.

The Conference Banquet will be held on Thursday September 7th (8:30 p.m.) in a typical restaurant, “La Barca del Salamanca", located at the Port Olimpic of Barcelona.

How to arrive
By metro: Take metro L3 (green line) at Palau Reial stop. After 11 stops get out at Catalunya stop.
Walk for 2 minutes to Catalunya square – Portal de l’Àngel and take Take bus H16 (Pg. Zona Franca / Fòrum) for
9 stops till Av Icària - Joan Miró (9 minutes) - Walk 9 minutes to Moll de Gregal, 13.
By taxi: Jordi Girona Street ->Pedralbes Avenue ->Gran via de Carles III -> Rambla de Badal-Passeig de la Zona Franca ->Ronda Litoral/B10 towards La Marina Street ->Moll de Gregal

The Social Programme for Accompanying persons includes the Welcome Reception and the Conference Banquet.
Accompanying persons are not allowed to attend technical sessions.
Registration and Check-in:
All attendees are required to check-in at the registration desks.
A few days previous to the Conference dates you will receive by e-mail your Conference voucher to be printed and presented at the registration desk. Recall to print out this document to avoid queuing in peak time registration.
Secretariat Timetable:
Monday September 4th - 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
From Tuesday September 5th to Thursday September 7th - 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Identification Name Tag:
Participants are reminded to wear their name tags at all times while in the conference area. Access will be prohibited to the break and technical session areas if the name tag is not visible.
Lunch Time:
A light lunch will be provided.
Internet Access:
Wireless Internet access will be available in the premises of the conference venue.
Moderate access to the Internet will be much appreciated.
