This is a course to be run in conjunction with the 11th International Conference on Computational Plasticity - COMPLAS XI, to be held in Barcelona, Spain on 7 - 9 September 2011.

The pre-conference course will be of benefit to participants interested in acquiring a detailed and in-depth description of the application of finite element techniques to a range of plasticity problems; particularly those involving finite strains.

The course can be attended separately from the conference, but a reduced combined fee is available for participants in both events.
